Project Manager – Construction Consultancy (London)

About the role

A leading property and construction consultancy in London is seeking a Project Manager with commercial construction experience to join its growing team. The role involves delivering office fit‑out, refurbishment and landlord‑led projects from inception through to completion, working closely with occupiers, landlords, investors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction and property projects across London.
• Oversee programme management and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and procurement activities.
• Administer contracts, including JCT agreements, and handle contract administration.
• Produce project reporting, risk registers and maintain project documentation.
• Chair project meetings and liaise with contractors.
• Support office fit‑out, refurbishment and commercial development schemes, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment.
• Strong commercial project experience across offices, fit‑out, refurbishment, landlord or occupier projects.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or similar.
• Professional membership (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards qualification.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Proactive and professional approach.
