Project Manager – Construction

About the role

DG Partnership Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑value construction projects across the South West of England. You will be responsible for translating contract requirements into actionable plans, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while collaborating with subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret contract requirements and tender pricing strategy.
• Develop and maintain realistic procurement and construction programmes in partnership with the Project Quantity Surveyor.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, appointment, and commercial reviews.
• Manage NEC contract administration and conduct regular budgetary reviews.
• Oversee information release schedules, CDM compliance, and daily safety briefings.
• Implement snagging processes, quality management plans, and health & safety documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant construction qualifications and CSCS certification.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and CDM Regulations.
• Proven experience in managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and communicate with stakeholders.
