Project Manager – Construction (Leeds)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Leeds team, delivering construction projects across sectors such as new‑build commercial, build‑to‑rent, higher education and heritage. You will work in a collaborative environment, overseeing day‑to‑day delivery and supporting long‑term career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Reporting and contract administration, including JCT or NEC contracts.
• Liaise with design teams and contractors, carrying out site inspections.
• Assist with fee proposals and procurement documentation.
• Maintain project records such as risk registers, programmes and execution plans.
• Build strong relationships with clients and professional teams.
• Work closely with cost‑management colleagues to support commercial objectives.
• Contribute to project planning, governance, risk management and delivery.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives across the wider business.

Required profile

• Degree qualified; MRICS desirable (training support available).
• Proven experience in client‑facing project management of construction projects.
• Collaborative working style with excellent communication skills.
• Ambitious, commercially aware and eager to expand professional network.
