Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Lawtech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi‑million‑pound cladding remediation contracts across London and the South‑East. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and monitor project plans and associated budgets in close collaboration with Commercial, Design, Quality and Health & Safety teams.
• Provide line management for block, assistant and site managers, coaching and appraising staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, funders and stakeholders through regular meetings and resident consultations.
• Oversee procurement, material sequencing and labour coordination to optimise resource use.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, ISO and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate project records.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control and procurement processes.
