Project Manager – Content, Production & PR Agency

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery for a portfolio of corporate accounts within a well‑established content, production and PR agency. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will act as the senior point of contact for C‑suite stakeholders and balance creative ambition with commercial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle – scoping, budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting and margin protection across multiple accounts.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, leading meetings with C‑suite stakeholders.
• Identify upsell and land‑and‑expand opportunities, with commission attached.
• Support new‑business pitches with delivery plans and costings.
• Mentor producers and junior team members, ensuring quality delivery.
• Control scope creep, change requests and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of project management experience in a creative, content or production agency.
• Experience working with corporate clients in financial services, utilities, technology or automotive sectors.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, margins and commercial delivery.
• Comfortable running meetings and building relationships with senior/C‑suite stakeholders.
• Highly organised, calm under pressure and solutions‑focused.
