Project Manager – Customer‑Facing SaaS (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Project Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. The role is hybrid, with predominantly remote work and one day per week in the Bedford office, supporting the delivery of innovative customer‑experience technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver products, applications, and services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work cross‑functionally to support customer engagement and expand product and service offerings.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure project mandates are clearly understood, agreed, and delivered on schedule.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate and lead project meetings, producing accurate minutes and distributing them promptly.
• Manage project budgets and financial tracking.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational, administrative and prioritisation skills.
• Effective issue resolution and escalation capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• PRINCE2 methodology.
• PMP certification.
• Scrum Master qualification.
• Agile delivery experience.
