Project Manager – Cyber & Technology Consultancy

About the role

Join a leading cyber and technology consultancy delivering high‑impact projects for defence, government and critical national infrastructure clients. Based in Cheltenham with hybrid/flexible working, you will support a portfolio of technical and regulatory initiatives, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project plans across technical and regulatory workstreams.
• Track progress against milestones and delivery schedules, reporting status to senior management.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate activities across technical, regulatory, commercial and supply‑chain teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and eager to develop a career in project management.
• A‑Level education (or equivalent) with a recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Foundation.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Logical, analytical approach to problem‑solving with high attention to detail.
• Professional attitude and effective stakeholder management.
