Project Manager – Design & Build Office Fit Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Design & Build office fit‑out projects across Central London. You will own the delivery of commercial office projects typically valued at £500k+, working from our London Bridge office and collaborating with commercial, design and pre‑construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple office fit‑out projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
• Maintain detailed project programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Act as the primary client contact, chairing regular progress meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Control costs, schedules and risk to achieve successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Design & Build office fit‑out projects valued at £500k+.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients.
• Demonstrated competence in programme planning, cost control and quality assurance.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
