Project Manager – Digital Products (Legal & Finance)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new digital products and associated features for the legal and finance solutions sector. The role operates in a regulated, fast‑paced environment and requires strong stakeholder engagement and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of technical software projects using agile, Prince2, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, IT, Operations and senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic and regulatory objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, RAID logs and action trackers, in line with PMO standards.
• Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Provide clear, tailored communication to senior management, external partners and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and operational standards.
• Support broader PMO initiatives and embed lessons learned into future projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects in fast‑paced, regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance and PMO frameworks.
• Experience with Agile, Prince2, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.
• Skilled in resource planning, budgeting, portfolio management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient with PMO tools such as MS Project and the Microsoft 365 suite.
