Project Manager – Digital Transformation (Hybrid, Edinburgh)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office in Edinburgh. The role is hybrid and focuses on delivering digital transformation projects for public and private sector clients. You will own the full project lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital projects from initiation through to completion and hand‑over.
• Define and manage scope, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring expectations are clear and met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams including designers, engineers, and testers.
• Monitor and control risks, issues, and changes to keep projects on track.
• Produce regular status reports and maintain accurate time‑recording and forecasting.

Required skills

• Proven experience delivering digital projects end‑to‑end.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, time‑recording and change control.
• Solid risk and issue management with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Clear and confident communication in both client meetings and team stand‑ups.
