Project Manager – Education Projects

About the role

Aston Education Ltd, in partnership with the Baker Dearing Educational Trust, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead education‑focused projects across University Technical Colleges (UTCs), schools, employers and partner organisations. The role is home‑based with regular travel to sites across England.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a portfolio of projects that connect education providers with industry partners.
• Engage stakeholders—including UTCs, schools, employers and membership bodies—from initial concept through to implementation and evaluation.
• Design and launch programmes that develop young people’s technical skills and strengthen employer engagement.
• Monitor progress using evidence and feedback, produce impact reports and continuously improve delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and travel expense reimbursement.

What we offer

• Annual salary of £35,000 (full‑time equivalent £45,000).
• Fixed‑term contract for 12 months, term‑time only, with potential extension.
• Homeworking arrangement with travel expenses covered.
• Flexible start date, ideally from September 2026.
