Project Manager – Engineering & Manufacturing

About the role

This is a Project Manager position delivering a variety of projects across Engineering, Technology and Operations. You will manage the full project lifecycle from post‑sales handover through to implementation for a company with global customers. The role offers clear progression pathways within the Project and Operations functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and deliver projects for customers in the UK and worldwide.
• Provide regular reports and updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Research and apply a range of solutions and technologies to overcome business challenges.
• Manage third‑party and vendor relationships as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
• Background in engineering, mechanical engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Confidence with the full Microsoft software suite.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage expectations at all levels.
• Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP) are desirable.
• Willingness to commute to the office on the south coast (Southampton/Portsmouth/Fareham area).
