Project Manager / Estimator – Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established M&E services company in Reigate, is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead mechanical and electrical projects from pre‑construction through to completion across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver M&E projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Prepare accurate estimates for domestic gas jobs, large commercial gas projects and pipe‑running works.
• Oversee boiler‑room strip‑outs, refurbishments and large‑scale pipe installations on site.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and supply chains to maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor project progress, resolve on‑site issues and ensure health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Estimator within the M&E sector.
• Confidence pricing a wide range of gas and mechanical works.
• Hands‑on experience with boiler‑room strip‑outs and large pipe‑running projects.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and a team‑first mindset.
