Project Manager – Events Agency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to join a leading London events agency. You will own a diverse portfolio of corporate events, from conferences and leadership meetings to incentive programmes and celebrations, delivering them end‑to‑end across the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver live, virtual and hybrid events from brief to post‑event reconciliation.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and critical paths.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Research destinations, source venues and manage travel, accommodation and delegate logistics.
• Brief, negotiate and manage third‑party suppliers.
• Create, monitor and reconcile event budgets.
• Coordinate creative, production and logistical workstreams.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
• Lead on‑site teams and suppliers during delivery in the UK and abroad.
• Conduct post‑event reviews and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience within an events agency.
• Track record delivering corporate conferences, meetings or incentive programmes.
• Strong client and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience handling venues, suppliers, logistics and budgets.
• Commercial awareness with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
