Project Manager – Healthcare Construction (London)

About the role

A respected London‑based construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction schemes. You will support projects from inception through completion, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors and senior colleagues across London and the surrounding region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage healthcare construction projects, overseeing programme delivery and risk tracking.
• Coordinate consultants, support procurement activities and administer contracts.
• Chair meetings, produce reports and liaise with contractors.
• Operate within live healthcare environments, ensuring effective communication, phasing, access and stakeholder requirements.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a construction consultancy setting.
• Demonstrated experience delivering healthcare projects.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or related field.
• Professional membership (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards qualification.
• Good knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
