Project Manager – High End Civils, Listed Buildings & Churches

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and experience in groundworks, basements or underpinning. You will join a family‑oriented team that restores historic buildings and basements across London, benefitting from over 30 years of expertise and a clear progression pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and clients to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and oversee site safety procedures.
• Lead on‑site teams to deliver safe, efficient basement construction with minimal disruption.
• Control environmental impact and ensure structural support requirements are satisfied.

Required profile

• Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering background with a relevant degree.
• Proven experience in groundworks, basements or underpinning.
• Willingness to commute across West London; UK driving licence preferred.
