Project Manager – HVAC Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project/Contracts Manager to lead mechanical services projects across the UK. You will be the main point of contact for clients, overseeing the design, procurement and installation of heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and water services for retail, leisure and commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure schemes meet client briefs and specifications.
• Procure plant, equipment, materials and subcontractors in line with project requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day project delivery, ensuring programmes, quality standards and H&S compliance are met.
• Control project finances, monitor costs and achieve performance targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project or Contracts Manager, preferably on retail, leisure or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC engineering processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve engineering challenges on site.
