Project Manager II

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager II to lead one or more technology‑enabled projects within the Digital Business Solutions Portfolio. You will work across business and technology teams, turning strategic priorities into clear, deliverable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of moderately complex projects, defining business cases, schedules, milestones and responsibilities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams from product, engineering and business functions while aligning senior stakeholders.
• Identify and remove obstacles, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and provide clear escalation recommendations.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor project health and take corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate timely decisions, resolve resource and capacity constraints, and drive practical improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering moderately complex technology or software projects from initiation to implementation.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, influencing and negotiation abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work with detail while maintaining a clear view of overall outcomes.
• Excellent communication, constructive challenge and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile delivery practices.
