Project Manager – IPS Grow Team

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to join the IPS Grow team at NFP People. Working in a hybrid setting based in London, you will lead diverse projects that address complex social challenges, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Manage budgets, resources and timelines while monitoring progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Produce evaluation reports and documentation for continuous improvement.
