Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing tech scale‑up in the health & fitness sector, is appointing its first Project Manager to lead project delivery and drive real business change across the organisation. The role will cover systems implementation, organisational design, process re‑engineering and efficiency programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Take control of ongoing projects, bring them back on track and drive new priority projects forward.
• Work with cross‑functional teams across Member Experience, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance.
• Adhere to time, budget and quality targets for each initiative.
• Lead business change covering processes, people and ways of working.
• Design and embed a robust, business‑wide project management framework.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement across operational processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience delivering a broad range of project types.
• Proficiency with multiple methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
• Continuous improvement mindset with certifications such as Prince2, APM or PMP.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
