Project Manager

About the role

Due to rapid global expansion, we are looking for a successful and established Project Manager to join our exceptional team based in Bracknell. As an experienced Project Manager you will be adept at managing, overseeing and delivering multiple projects. Working closely with our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and implementing a fast‑paced, cost‑effective and customer‑oriented delivery experience to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and deliver projects using the appropriate methodology, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met while maintaining high‑quality documentation and test plans.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, manage communications, escalation paths and virtual teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Support sales and finance activities by contributing to bids, managing project costs, forecasting, and maintaining financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement project controls, track milestones, maintain internal reporting tools, and conduct debriefs to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent.
• Strong experience in project management or delivery within the technology sector, with a proven record of exceeding customer expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, including experience with software development lifecycle and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with a creative problem‑solving approach and the ability to motivate teams.
