Project Manager

About the role

Content Guru is a leading provider of cloud communications solutions, helping businesses enhance customer engagement worldwide. Due to rapid global expansion, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Glasgow team, overseeing and delivering multiple technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and deliver projects using the appropriate methodology, ensuring time, cost and quality targets are met.
• Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing communications and escalation paths throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support sales and finance activities, contributing to bids, managing project costs, forecasting and maintaining financial control.
• Implement project controls, maintain documentation, conduct debriefs and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent.
• Strong experience in project management or delivery within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and cloud platforms, coupled with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
