Project Manager – LabVantage LIMS Implementation (Outside IR35)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical LabVantage LIMS implementation for a highly regulated life‑sciences client. The role is fully remote and will focus on delivering a compliant solution that safeguards data integrity, patient safety, and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor the end‑to‑end LabVantage LIMS rollout.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical specialists.
• Ensure all project activities comply with GxP and GMP requirements.
• Manage risks, issues and change requests in a regulated environment.
• Support the transition to a global rollout after the initial implementation.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering LIMS implementation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with LabVantage LIMS.
• Strong understanding of GxP and GMP regulations.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups across business and technical domains.
• Experience working in highly regulated life‑sciences settings.
