Project Manager – Large & Complex Projects (UK)

About the role

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering large and/or complex projects for Halifax Fan in the UK. Reporting to the Head of Projects, the role acts as the customer’s on‑site representative, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver large and/or complex projects on schedule and within budget.
• Review and sign off complex contracts with the Sales team before signing.
• Create and maintain cross‑functional project plans, schedules and functional budgets.
• Conduct regular project reviews, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with customers throughout execution to secure approvals and achieve contract closure.
• Ensure compliance with the Group HSE policy and drive quality, cost, delivery and safety objectives.
• Escalate issues as needed and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Engineering or technical degree (preferred).
• Previous project management or operations execution experience (preferred).
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Strong cross‑functional management and stakeholder coordination skills.
