Project Manager – Lead Projects & Proposals

About the role

The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between Division Directors and the delivery organisation, overseeing project delivery from proposal through execution. Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations while supporting business development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Division Directors on all project and proposal matters.
• Prepare and submit weekly project forecasts and performance reports, highlighting status, risks and outlook.
• Define project and proposal requirements in collaboration with Division Directors.
• Appoint and coordinate engineering and project control resources together with the Project Controls Lead and Engineering Leads.
• Determine the need for a dedicated Study Manager or Project Engineer based on project complexity and provide oversight.
• Drive benefits realisation and ensure projects meet business and client objectives.
• Support Division Directors and Business Development with project management expertise, proposal input and client presentations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners and internal functions.
• Ensure compliance with company governance, legal and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Experience reporting to senior project leadership and acting as a liaison between business units and delivery teams.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with clients and internal partners.
