Project Manager – MarTech Transformation

About the role

We are partnering with a leading consumer business to drive a high‑impact MarTech and customer experience transformation. As the Project Manager you will own end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives, working across technology, marketing, data and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of MarTech and CX transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
• Manage implementation and migration of customer platforms across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, governance documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering groups and regular updates for senior stakeholders.
• Support business readiness, change management, testing, deployment and platform adoption.
• Identify risks early, remove delivery blockers and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering MarTech, CRM, digital or customer‑experience transformation programmes.
• Strong background in technology implementations, platform migrations and customer‑data initiatives.
• Experience working with customer data platforms, CRM or marketing‑technology solutions.
• Exposure to commercial technology such as pricing or revenue‑management platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management with confidence engaging senior business leaders.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, MSP or PMP are advantageous.
