Project Manager – Occupational Health

About the role

Civica is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end Occupational Health implementation projects for public and private sector customers. You will own the delivery of software (SaaS) and hardware solutions, guiding projects from kickoff through go‑live within a typical six‑month cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, forecast and report on Occupational Health projects across cloud and hardware components.
• Run project meetings, present updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with product, technical and development teams to ensure successful configuration and deployment.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, supporting them through change and ensuring projects meet scope, quality and timeline commitments.
• Contribute insights and lessons learned to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software implementation projects, preferably SaaS.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to produce accurate forecasts, status reports and project documentation.
• Flexibility and ownership of a varied workload.
