Project Manager – Operations (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Operations team of a growing organisation in East Grinstead. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of client projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards. You will work closely with clients, contractors and the internal Operations team in a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects throughout the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate contractors, schedule site visits, assessments and remedial works such as fire door installations.
• Monitor project budgets, risks, issues and timelines, providing accurate reports and documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, addressing queries and supporting customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the wider Operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confidence in client‑facing meetings and relationship management.
• Experience in construction, engineering, consultancy or a regulated environment is desirable.
• Relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
