Project Manager – Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global private‑markets investment firm to deliver a major finance transformation programme centred on Oracle Fusion Cloud. The Project Manager will be hands‑on, driving day‑to‑day delivery of the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation across finance, technology and third‑party teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, from planning through to go‑live and business adoption.
• Establish and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, Technology, PMO and external implementation partners.
• Drive project governance, reporting, RAID management and steering‑committee updates.
• Challenge and support solution design to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, change requests and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
• Oversee testing, cut‑over planning, deployment and business readiness activities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience in private‑equity, consulting, Big 4 or large‑scale transformation environments.
• Proven track record delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting.
• Experience managing third‑party implementation partners and system integrators.
• Excellent governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
