Project Manager – Portfolio Management Tool Implementation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Portfolio Management tool built on the Power Framework. The role is based in London with a hybrid working model and is scoped for an initial three‑month period.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver the end‑to‑end implementation of the Power Framework portfolio management tool.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk registers, issue logs and dependency maps.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to capture requirements, manage expectations and drive outcomes.
• Facilitate and chair project meetings, workshops, steering groups and governance forums.
• Coordinate with programme and portfolio management teams to align the project with strategic priorities.
• Support change‑management and user‑adoption activities throughout the rollout.
• Produce project documentation, status reports and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Monitor progress, proactively address risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex projects as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to implement business systems or technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of programme and portfolio management principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
