Project Manager - Regulatory Change

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead regulatory change initiatives within a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. The role sits in a broader change function and focuses on delivering new or enhanced regulatory reports, operational readiness, and cross‑functional delivery across technology, operations and reporting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end project management for regulatory change initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across technology, operations and reporting teams.
• Support development and implementation of new or enhanced regulatory reports.
• Drive operational readiness for change delivery.
• Track and manage risks, milestones and status reporting using established tools.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across business areas, including global markets and payments.
• Uphold governance standards and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering project management in a change environment.
• Experience working on regulatory, reporting or operational change initiatives.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
• Strong organisational skills with experience tracking risks, milestones and delivery progress.
• Comfort working within structured governance environments and project frameworks.
• Experience within financial services or similarly regulated environments is beneficial.
