Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Construction

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is based in Sutton and involves managing high‑end plastering and decorating projects across residential, royal estate and commercial sites in London and the South East. You will split your time between the office and on‑site locations, overseeing projects from pre‑start through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and manage client communications.
• Oversee variations, budgets and financial aspects of each project.
• Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards.
• Balance time between the Sutton office and various site locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑value residential or commercial projects.
• Commercially minded with strong budget and variation management skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and strong Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to commute to Sutton and travel to sites across the region.
