About the role
Hill Group UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major residential development in South East London. You will own the delivery of a large, complex project from pre‑construction through handover, ensuring health & safety, quality, budget and programme targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design and buildability reviews, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Chair subcontractor meetings, drive procurement aligned with the programme and manage cross‑departmental collaboration.
- Develop and execute construction phase safety plans, RAMS and O&M handover documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison with statutory bodies, clients and consultants, and mentor the project team.
Required profile
- Degree or NVQ Level 7 in Construction with chartered membership of a professional body.
- Experience managing high‑rise residential developments of £30 m+ and 500+ units.
- Proven contract and programme management, strong commercial awareness and cost control.
Required skills
- CDM compliance and Principal Designer responsibilities.
- RAMS development and implementation.
- SnagR and site quality assurance systems.
- ASTA Power Projects proficiency.
