Project Manager – Residential Developments (London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑profile residential and mixed‑use developments from acquisition through to handover. You will work with a fast‑growing real‑estate investment and development firm that prioritises sustainability, innovation and smart building technology across London, the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential and mixed‑use projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and local authorities.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and cost plans.
• Review planning applications, technical drawings and contract documentation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Support construction teams in resolving on‑site issues.
• Ensure compliance with UK planning and building regulations and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within property development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning processes, procurement and building regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, programmes and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Professional accreditation such as RICS is a plus.
