Project Manager – Secure Technology Programme

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major programme delivering critical technology projects within a secure environment. You will manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through to closure, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and programme leadership.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of projects through the full lifecycle.
• Management of project budgets, schedules and resources.
• Ownership of risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Stakeholder engagement and project governance.
• Weekly Jira reporting and project updates.
• Ensuring delivery against agreed milestones, costs and quality standards.
• Coordinating technical teams and managing project dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering projects of varying size and complexity.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, scope and change management capabilities.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Resource and dependency management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Experience using Jira and project reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management qualification.
• Active SC clearance (or higher) required.
