Project Manager – Software Development (Hybrid)

About the role

Erin Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a thriving software development team in Chorley. You will act as the bridge between clients and the in‑house development team, ensuring that requirements are captured, solutions are delivered, and expectations are managed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, scope, and timelines.
• Review deliverables prepared by the development team and ensure quality standards.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, Waterfall) and conduct engagement reviews.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate progress effectively.
• Own and monitor project budgets of approximately £200k.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a client‑facing environment within software delivery.
• Solid understanding of the software development life‑cycle.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders.
