Project Manager – SOX ITGC (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This role works with the Finance Systems Controls Director to adopt the AVEVA project‑management framework, develop task plans, manage trackers and deliver consistent dashboard‑style reporting. The manager holds partners accountable for deliverables and escalates delays to the VP of Finance Systems, while maintaining project documentation in line with the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain task trackers together with the Finance Systems Controls Director and provide regular dashboard reporting.
• Hold partners accountable for deliverables and escalate any delays to the VP Finance Systems.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation aligned with the programme and its director.
• Partner with Salesforce RBAC and SailPoint IT teams to prioritise and deliver SOX‑relevant requirements on schedule.
• Support local IT control requirements for Tier 2 and Tier 3 roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing end‑to‑end SOX IT controls uplift projects within a commercial organisation.
• Experience working with GRC 2LOD, third‑party co‑source partners and regulatory audits.

Required skills

• GRC experience within a financial systems controls environment.
• IT project‑management qualifications such as Prince2 or Agile.
