Project Manager – Technology & Business Change

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology and business change initiatives across our Manchester operations. The role bridges technology and business, ensuring successful delivery, user adoption and long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects from initiation through rollout, adoption and transition to business‑as‑usual.
• Manage a varied portfolio covering CRM, business applications, infrastructure, operational technology and process improvement.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, operational stakeholders, external suppliers and third‑party partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance packs, status reports, budgets, RAID logs and delivery timelines.
• Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, rollout planning and user‑engagement activities.
• Ensure business readiness, stakeholder alignment and successful operational adoption of new systems and processes.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities across different business functions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work with senior leadership, challenge where appropriate and manage expectations.
• Strong executive presence and credibility to build trust with both technology and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear updates on risks, priorities and outcomes.
• Experience delivering technology‑focused change across multiple domains rather than a single niche.
• Comfortable bridging the gap between technology solutions and broader business objectives.
