Project Manager – Technology & Operations (12‑month FTC, London/Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives, covering IT Operations, Software Platforms, Digital Products, Automation and AI‑enabled solutions. The role offers exposure to enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, AI products and operational transformation, providing a unique chance to broaden your experience in modern technology delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects from planning through implementation and transition into BAU.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies and deliverables to align with business outcomes.
• Support delivery across software development, SaaS platforms, operational technology and AI‑enabled products.
• Apply Agile, hybrid or waterfall approaches as appropriate.
• Coordinate launch activities, deployment planning and post‑launch support.
• Establish governance structures, monitor budgets and KPIs, and manage RAID logs.
• Build strong relationships with business, technology teams and third‑party vendors.
• Facilitate organisational readiness, change management and service transition.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead technology projects across IT Operations, Software Platforms, Digital Products, Automation or AI‑enabled solutions.
• Experience managing budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
