Project Manager – Technology & Transformation (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a delivery‑focused Project Manager to lead technology and business change initiatives within a complex, regulated healthcare environment. The role involves owning project delivery, managing stakeholders and driving progress across multiple teams on a hybrid basis in London.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within 3‑6 months.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage cross‑functional dependencies.
• Maintain robust planning, governance, RAID management and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and keep delivery momentum.
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide executive‑level updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology, digital, operational or transformation projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong planning, governance, RAID management, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage cross‑functional dependencies.
• Confidence in risk management, issue resolution and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and delivering executive updates.
• Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, PMP or similar delivery methodologies.
• Self‑sufficient, organised and comfortable driving outcomes in fast‑paced environments.
