Project Manager – Technology Transformation

About the role

Evolution Money is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology transformation initiatives that support its mission of financial inclusion. You will own project scope, timelines, budgets and outcomes while collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders and third‑party suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, defining scope, deliverables and resource needs.
• Ensure project activities comply with organisational policies, PMO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, assign responsibilities and drive progress against milestones.
• Monitor, track and report on performance, budgets, risks and key deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, templates and records for governance.
• Oversee secure handling of project‑related records and client information.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technology‑focused projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong ability to work with both Agile and traditional project management approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands‑on attitude with a focus on delivering results within budget and schedule.
