Project Planner

About the role

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Project Planner to join its Global Spectrum Superiority division in the South West of England. The role focuses on developing and maintaining complex programme schedules, ensuring resources are correctly loaded and timelines are accurately tracked.

Key responsibilities

• Provide planning and scheduling expertise for L3Harris projects, adhering to industry‑standard best practice.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for allocated programmes.
• Drive baseline processes and support customer and internal reviews to obtain approval for the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
• Liaise with Project Managers, Functional Managers and other stakeholders to integrate schedules across functions.
• Implement tools, formats and reporting methods to standardise planning and scheduling across the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project planning or scheduling within an engineering or technology environment.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple functional teams.
• Attention to detail and capability to analyse complex schedules.
