Project Support Coordinator – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Project Support Coordinator to join a fast‑growing specialist family‑run business delivering major infrastructure projects across construction, manufacturing, rail and other sectors. In this full‑time, office‑based position you will support project, commercial, design and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain document control and comprehensive project administration records.
• Update and manage contract registers and project files.
• Coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs), drawings and technical submissions.
• Assist with Early Warnings and Compensation Events processes.
• Prepare project updates and client correspondence.
• Manage quality records and hand‑over documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, rail or working with NEC contracts.
• Previous role as Project Support Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable and motivated to develop a career in project management.
