Project Support Coordinator – Luxury Interiors

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Project Support Coordinator to join a growing specialist business in the luxury interiors and construction sector. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding projects from order confirmation through to production and ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout each project lifecycle.
• Coordinate surveys, schedules and project documentation.
• Maintain CRM and project‑management systems with up‑to‑date information.
• Liaise with suppliers, production teams and internal stakeholders.
• Review specifications and verify order accuracy before production.
• Support smooth project delivery and uphold high standards of customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project support, administration or coordination.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience in construction, interiors, design or manufacturing is a plus.
