As a Project Support Officer you will play a vital part in ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. This full‑time permanent position is based in Folkestone and offers the chance to develop your project coordination skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning and delivery activities.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and flag any variances.
• Produce regular reports and project updates for senior management.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and filing systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a project support or coordination role.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with project methodologies is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
