Proofreader - Property Reports

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Proofreader to join our quality team and give the final polish to our Homebuyer and Disrepair reports. Working remotely with full flexibility, you will ensure every document we deliver meets our high standards of clarity, accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Proofread Homebuyer and Disrepair reports before they are issued to clients.
• Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting errors.
• Improve readability and clarity where appropriate.
• Check consistency of condition ratings, recommendations and terminology throughout each report.
• Identify contradictions, omissions or any information that does not align.
• Flag items that require the Surveyor’s attention.
• Contribute to an exceptional customer experience by delivering error‑free documents.

Required profile

• Exceptional written English with a keen eye for detail.
• Enjoy making documents read smoothly and accurately.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Organised, reliable and proud of high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word.
