Property Adjuster – Residential & Commercial Claims

About the role

We are looking for a General Property Adjuster to manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial property owners’ claims up to £250,000 across London. The role involves acting as the nominated Adjuster for key accounts and delivering professional claim handling for both buildings and contents.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and settle property owners’ claims for residential and commercial portfolios.
• Investigate loss, evaluate damage, and determine liability up to £250,000.
• Maintain accurate claim records and liaise with clients, insurers and contractors.
• Provide timely reports and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Experience in property claims handling, preferably within the UK market.
• Knowledge of domestic and commercial property insurance policies.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse claim portfolio.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Certification CII and/or CILA (preferred but not essential).
