Property Adjuster - South East

About the role

Sedgwick is recruiting Domestic Loss Adjusters (Property Adjusters) across Redhill, Reigate, Tunbridge Wells and Kingston upon Thames and the surrounding area. You will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims, from visiting customers at their homes and coordinating contractor visits to settling each claim. The base can be split between the office and home.

Key responsibilities

• Visit claimants' properties and coordinate visits from contractors
• Manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims and settle them
• Write reports and communicate with policyholders, insurers and contractors
• Plan your own week, prioritise tasks and handle multiple claims at once

Required profile

• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• Understanding of how a home insurance policy works and the basic make-up of a domestic property
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage time and priorities
• All backgrounds welcome, including those returning to work
