Property & Administration Manager (Temporary)

About the role

This temporary, full‑time position supports a leading private property investment and management business in Central London. You will manage tenancy processes, coordinate property preparation, and handle administration for a high‑quality residential and commercial portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tenancy processes from start to finish, including check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Coordinate property preparation, maintenance, refurbishment and furnishing.
• Supervise external contractors such as gardeners, lift engineers, fire‑safety teams, waste managers and cleaners.
• Administer tenant deposits, rent invoicing and annual service charge invoicing.
• Work with the finance team to resolve queries and ensure timely invoicing.
• Obtain and review maintenance quotations, resolve supplier invoice issues and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Perform routine office administrative duties and support site visits across London.

Required profile

• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented with a genuine passion for property.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Comfortable working in an office environment and visiting sites across London.
• Relevant academic background and demonstrable leadership capability.
