Property Client Success Specialist

About the role

This full-time remote position acts as a primary client-facing anchor for a company in the London lettings and sales market, working UK business hours. It delivers high-touch customer service, ensures seamless utility setups and resolves tenant and landlord queries quickly. The role manages end-to-end client onboarding, sets up electricity, gas, water and broadband accounts so they are live before move-in, keeps client trackers and internal systems accurate, and uses AI tools such as Claude to draft communications and handle routine administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new clients: send order forms, set up electricity, gas, water and broadband accounts and confirm active service before move-in.
• Respond to client queries promptly and warmly, meeting company response time standards.
• Update client trackers and internal systems daily to keep data accurate for the team and partners.
• Follow up on and resolve billing discrepancies and direct debit issues with clients and utility suppliers.
• Handle occasional service issues or complaints with care, escalating complex matters to the wider team.
• Use Claude and other AI tools daily to draft client and partner communications and manage administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent written English with a warm, professional style suitable for prime and super-prime market clients.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and a proactive approach to spotting and solving operational issues.
• Comfortable learning and using digital tools, including AI platforms like Claude (training provided).
• Able to work remotely and be fully available during UK business hours.
• Previous customer service, client coordination, lettings or property administration experience is a strong plus.
